3. Booking & Contract Agreement

Submitting a booking request through our website does not yet form a binding agreement. The contract is only confirmed once we approve it via email or in writing.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• For consultations or workshops, a deposit may be required.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 7 days before the session: Full refund.
• Less than 7 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

6. Liability & Service Usage

• Clients must adhere to all guidelines during their sessions or workshops.
• Schweiz Familin Up is not liable for any lost or damaged personal items during consultations or workshops.
• Clients are responsible for any damages caused during their session or workshop.

7. Use of Media & Content

• Photos or videos taken during workshops or events may be used for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please inform us in writing before your session.
• Unauthorized distribution of our online resources or educational materials is strictly prohibited.
